Healthy Three Ingredient Oat Cookies

Hello! I got this recipe for healthy Three Ingredient Oat Cookies from one of my favorite youtubers over on Simply Bakings. These ‘cookies’ are really good for those morning when you know breakfast isn’t happening. With only three ingredients and no sugar AT ALL, you’re  sure to love them. Healthy Three Ingredient Oat Cookies recipe:

Ingredients:

2 very ripe mashed bananas (it’s really important that they are ripe because that’s where you get the sweetness).

1 cup of quick cooking oats (90g)

1/3 cup of raisins (red or golden) (45g)

1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp.  vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.

In a medium bowl, mash your bananas. Gradually add the quick cooking oats and stir. At this point, you can add all your add ins such as the cinnamon and vanilla.

Bake for about 15 minutes.
