Yogurt and Fruit Parfait

Hello everyone! Today I thought I’d share a really good recipe that I’ve come to enjoy! I love making this the day before or the day of for a delicious breakfast. It has the right amount of yogurt, fruit, and crunch. Hope you enjoy!



Fruity Yogurt Parfait Recipe (per one serving)



One small banana, chopped

One small apple, chopped

1/4 cup (35g) washed blueberries

1 cup (140g) vanilla Greek yogurt (or any yogurt)

About 2 tbs. (15g) granola or chopped nuts

1 tbs. honey (optional)



Get all of your fruit out and chop it up.

Grab your container and start layering your parfiat. (This could be a jar, a cup, etc.)

Layer your parfait with yogurt, apples, yogurt, blueberries, yogurt, bananas, and yogurt and nuts or granola. (It’s important to add your harder fruits at the bottom and your ย softer fruits at the top). Repeat this step until all of your ingredients are done.

Drizzle the parfait with honey and enjoy!

(If using a jar, close the lid and open your parfait when you are ready to eat it. You can also make this the night before you plan to eat it, and then store it in the fridge until the morning you plan to eat)!
